Description

You will support the design and deployment of CTI platform services and AWS/Azure database services while ensuring alignment with architectural governance and standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Terraform modules and Ansible playbooks to automate infrastructure deployment.
• Write and optimize Bash/Shell scripts to improve service reliability and efficiency.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git to streamline continuous delivery.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a DevOps or Network Support role.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python for automation and scripting.
• 2+ years of experience with Ansible for configuration management and orchestration.
• 2+ years of experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting.
• Experience with AWS DevOps and Azure DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of Git (Bitbucket) and Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and container technologies like Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ansible Tower and advanced cloud computing architectures.
• Knowledge of database services (Redis, MongoDB, SingleStore) and OpenShift.
