Description

You will engineer and maintain the integrity of the networking and communication system's software, hardware, and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, design, and program networking infrastructure and communication applications.
• Develop knowledge base documents and conduct knowledge transfer across the engineering team.
• Assist in reviewing and evaluating project requests, recommending appropriate action.
• Administer installation and repair services for network systems.
• Provide first-level problem resolution for all health system locations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant network experience with hands-on configuration and operational support.
• Strong, hands-on experience with routing protocols: EIGRP and BGP.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Proficiency in Git for code management.
• Hands-on experience with Google and Azure Clouds is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Palo Firewall VPNs and Cisco ASA.
• Familiarity with WireShark captures and log-explorer flow filtering.
• Experience with VPC peering and VPN concepts, including configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Google, Equinix, and Azure.
