Description

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of NICE CXone platforms for enterprise contact center environments.

Responsibilities

• Own E2E design of CCaaS architecture, including routing strategy, ACD, IVR design, API integrations, and AI solutions.
• Lead technical resources through the full implementation lifecycle of NICE CXone projects.
• Create detailed technical documentation and design specifications based on business requirements.
• Estimate and oversee technical efforts across all project phases.
• Maintain reusable code libraries and advise on testing strategies and test plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building and managing Contact Center technology stacks.
• 5+ years of end-to-end experience designing and building NICE CXone platforms.
• Proven experience migrating on-premise contact center platforms to CCaaS platforms.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise-level CCaaS architecture and Cloud Network infrastructure.
• Expertise in Routing Strategy, ACD and IVR design, API and data integrations, and AI Solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent work experience.
