Design, train, and deploy large language models for global-scale conversational AI products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve advanced language models to enable human-like interactions across AI-driven companions and chat systems.
• Influence the full LLM lifecycle, from model training and fine-tuning to production deployment and optimization.
• Build next-generation AI systems that power large-scale social and conversational products.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams spanning data, validation, and product to refine model behavior and quality.
• Shape the NLP roadmap by tracking advancements in AI research and open-source ecosystems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning.
• Deep expertise with Large Language Models, Deep Learning, and AI Systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python for model training, fine-tuning, and development.
• Experience with production deployment of AI systems at global scale.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Understanding of the open-source ecosystem and current AI research trends.
