Description

You will develop and maintain a complex full-stack application for the Tax and Revenue team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend REST APIs using Node.js.
• Build and optimize backend services for production environments.
• Develop and maintain user interfaces using React.js or Vue.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services to support UI needs.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional application development experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Node.js.
• 4+ years of experience using React or Vue.js.
• 3+ years supporting large scale or complex applications in production.
• Strong proficiency in core JavaScript programming.
• Extensive experience with RESTful API design and implementation.
• Extensive experience with an RDBMS like PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with a NoSQL database (MarkLogic, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Knowledge of Git version control system.
• Strong experience with enterprise application design patterns.

• Ability to mentor and serve as a thought leader.
