Description

You will architect and build scalable backend services, event-driven infrastructure, and frontend capabilities. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, lead, and evolve durable, highly scalable event-driven backend services.
• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs with the core software platform.
• Build frontend capabilities including dashboards, visualizations, and high-performance UI features.
• Integrate AI models and frontend features into the backend pipeline.
• Write unit tests for edge cases, debug production issues, and define coding standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript programming.
• Extensive experience with AWS or other native cloud providers.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Redis, including data types and specific use cases.
• Experience building and deploying REST APIs.
• Solid grasp of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience working with service-oriented or microservices architectures.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with stream processing applications and event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of Kafka inner workings, partitioning schemes, and low-level mechanics.
• Knowledge of Identity management and OAuth.
