You will lead the development and implementation of scalable software solutions using Node.js.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers while enforcing engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver reliable applications.
• Conduct regular code reviews and implement automated testing to ensure code quality.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced expertise in Node.js.
• Experience with React.js.
• Experience with AWS.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience implementing security best practices and industry standards.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies and participating in sprint ceremonies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
