Description

You will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript in a hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize microservices architecture using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Manage containerized deployments and orchestration via Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
• Design and query data models using SQL and Cosmos DB.
• Build efficient APIs and data layers using GraphQL.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Microservices patterns and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub).
• Deep understanding of SQL databases and NoSQL solutions like Cosmos DB.
• Practical experience implementing GraphQL APIs.
