You will drive the observability strategy and architect monitoring solutions for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the observability strategy and roadmap aligned with business and technology goals.
• Establish a mature observability framework across infrastructure, network, applications, and user experience.
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of observability platforms.
• Integrate observability tools with incident management, ticketing, and reporting systems.
• Build and maintain end-to-end visibility across infrastructure, network, applications, and user journeys.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in an architecture or senior engineering role.
• Strong expertise in observability platforms, including Grafana and Prometheus.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and cloud-native observability solutions.
• Knowledge of AIOps tools, automation, and Incident Management processes.
• Ability to design scalable and resilient monitoring architectures.
• Experience integrating observability into CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Proficiency in metrics standardization, log enrichment, and dashboard/report creation.

Preferred Skills

• Strong analytical skills to generate actionable insights for performance tuning.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and training to engineering teams.
