Description

Lead the architecture, implementation, and migration from Dynatrace to New Relic for enterprise monitoring.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute the migration of Dynatrace capabilities, including RUM and Mobile RUM, to New Relic.
• Implement and manage New Relic agents across diverse tech stacks, specifically Java and Spring Boot.
• Configure and manage cloud monitoring for AWS and Azure environments running on Kubernetes.
• Establish synthetic or RUM monitoring solutions, leveraging tools like Catchpoint for performance validation.
• Troubleshoot JVM-related issues and tune application performance within the new observability stack.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level monitoring solutions.
• Expertise with Dynatrace and New Relic platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure cloud environments.
• Experience implementing and managing RUM and Mobile RUM.
• Expert knowledge of Catchpoint Synthetic Monitoring.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and JavaScript.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot applications.
• Familiarity with Kafka and RabbitMQ message brokers.
• Experience with Grafana and dashboard management.
