You will design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo applications to meet specific business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop custom Odoo applications focusing on scalability and efficiency.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing Odoo applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development and maintenance phases.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and QA teams to implement solutions.
  • Mentor and train junior developers to support their technical growth.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Minimum of 3 years of dedicated Odoo development experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, XML, and SQL.
  • Experience with Git version control.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
