Description

You will act as the subject matter expert for the Office 365 stack, focusing on collaboration engineering and enterprise feature enablement. You will own tenant configurations, feature assessments, and integrations with external platforms. You will manage MS Teams call quality dashboards, reports, and log analytics. You will develop PowerShell scripts to automate daily activities and critical business projects. You will drive modernization projects for collaboration and platform services. You will troubleshoot complex customer issues and roll out Office 365 feature updates and SLC management.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day collaboration engineering and tenant configurations.
• Manage and configure MS Teams call quality dashboards and log analytics.
• Develop and execute PowerShell scripting for automation and critical projects.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues and manage feature updates.
• Drive modernization projects for collaboration and platform services.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, Cloud Services, or systems integration.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Office 365, specifically SharePoint Online, MS Teams, and Office 365 groups.
• Deep expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Stream.
• 2+ years of experience developing Teams Add-ins, Apps, and Mobility solutions.
• Proficiency in PowerShell for configuration and automation.
• Experience configuring Teams policies for meetings and conferencing.
• Strong technical communication skills for presentations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field experience.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft or relevant certification in MS Teams.
• Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry.
