Description

Build and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud integrations and Fast Formulas within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain inbound and outbound OIC integrations from scratch.
• Create and manage HCM Extracts and HDL loaders for data migration and integration.
• Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, focusing on the Benefits module.
• Collaborate with functional HCM teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support testing, debugging, and go-live activities for new integrations and formulas.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM and OIC integrations.
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development.
• Deep understanding of Oracle HCM modules, specifically Benefits.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader).
• Advanced proficiency in HCM Fast Formulas, including Benefits module configurations.
• Proven ability to develop inbound and outbound Fast Formulas in conjunction with Extracts and HDL.
• Experience building and modifying OIC integrations from the ground up.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Payroll and Compensation modules.
• Background in large-scale Oracle HCM implementations or support environments.
