Description

Manage large, disparate datasets to provide actionable business insights and subject matter expertise. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and refine reporting needs.
• Mine and analyze data to derive insights and provide formal business recommendations.
• Document data requirements and code using DTOA approved tools and standards.
• Perform data quality audits to ensure accuracy and maintain detailed data notes.
• Develop and deliver reporting and insights using approved organizational tools.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relational database and data warehouse experience.
• 4+ years of analytical experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or MicroStrategy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, mathematics, marketing analytics, or engineering.
• Experience working with complex and ambiguous business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of analytical experience and advanced relational database experience.
• Knowledge of big data environments, Snowflake, or Cloudera/Hadoop.
• Proficiency in R or Python programming languages.
