Description

You will lead the development and implementation of OnBase systems and solutions for internal and external stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop OnBase systems and solutions from initial concept through to production implementation.
• Produce Scope of Works and functional specification documentation for all projects.
• Liaise with technical service resources to ensure business requirements are understood and delivered to schedule.
• Present and demonstrate OnBase solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Coach and develop the wider development team to increase technical understanding of the OnBase system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical experience in Content Services (ECM) and Hyland OnBase systems.
• Strong proficiency in C#, WPF, XAML, and SQL.
• Experience with SQL Server Analysis Services, XML, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Ability to write technical documents, including Scope of Works and Functional Specifications.
• Working knowledge of Java, ASP.NET, SOAP web services, and the Microsoft application suite.
• Hyland OnBase certifications in Installer, Workflow, Workview, Brainware, or API.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to design, document, and implement OnBase projects within a defined Scope of Works.
