You will manage client relationships and drive business growth through technical product consultation and service delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Research and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Identify client requirements and propose suitable software service solutions.
• Guide decision-making through detailed product and service consultations.
• Upsell and cross-sell services while coordinating with delivery leadership for successful implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Relationship Manager, customer service, or similar client-facing role.
• Proven experience selling software services.
• Bachelor's degree or a related qualification.
• Strong ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team management and leadership experience.
• Customer-oriented approach to service and account management.

Preferred Skills

• Background in program or project management.
