Description

You will manage, configure, and maintain OpenText systems to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, and maintain existing systems to identify and implement improvements.
• Ensure system and server uptime, reliability, and security through regular maintenance and patching.
• Install, configure, and upgrade database environments and OpenText products.
• Troubleshoot system, server, and database-related outages or performance issues.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and IT providers to meet specific technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical experience with OpenText Content Server and OpenText Archive Center.
• Hands-on experience with Content Server and Archive Center installation and configuration.
• Proven experience integrating OpenText with SAP.
• Experience implementing OpenText 22.X and 23.X versions on Azure.
• Proficiency configuring Content Server, Archive Server, xECM for SAP, Brava!, Blazon, and OpenText Directory Services.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, configuration, and containerization.
• Expertise in monitoring and administering database systems and optimizing performance.
