Senior OpenText Administrator

You will manage, configure, and maintain OpenText systems to ensure uptime, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor, and maintain existing systems while identifying areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot system outages, server issues, and database-related problems.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and administer the database environment and perform regular server maintenance and patching.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and IT providers to meet specific technical requirements.
• Optimize database performance and ensure overall system availability and reliability.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical experience with OpenText Content Server and OpenText Archive Center.
• Hands-on experience with Content Server and Archive Center installation and configuration.
• Proven experience implementing OpenText 22.X and 23.X versions on Azure.
• Direct experience configuring Content Server, Archive Server, xECM for SAP, Brava!, Blazon, and OpenText Directory Services.
• Experience integrating OpenText with SAP.
• Proficiency in DevOps, including continuous integration, continuous deployment/delivery, configuration, and containerization.
• Strong knowledge of configuration, administration, and troubleshooting for OpenText products.
• Any Graduate degree.
