Description

You will manage OpenText environments to ensure system uptime, security, and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and monitor the database environment including regular patching and versioning.
• Analyze, monitor, and configure existing systems to identify and implement improvements.
• Troubleshoot system outages and database-related issues.
• Liaise with third-party vendors and IT providers to meet specific technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of technical experience with OpenText Content Server and OpenText Archive Center.
• Hands-on experience with Content Server and Archive Center installation and configuration.
• Experience implementing OpenText 22.X and 23.X versions on Azure.
• Proven experience integrating OpenText with SAP.
• Proficiency configuring Content Server, Archive Server, xECM for SAP, Brava!, Blazon, and OpenText Directory Services.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, configuration, and containerization.
• Direct experience in administration and troubleshooting of OpenText products.
