Description

You will spearhead the identification, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of diverse data sources to address critical business challenges within Fraud & Safety Operations.

Responsibilities

• Expedite the delivery of operational metrics, reporting, and experiment readouts.
• Enhance fraud detection efficiency, review processes, and enforcement visibility.
• Provide immediate execution bandwidth for high-priority fraud and abuse operations analytics.
• Foster collaboration with Operations, Product, and Data Science teams to convert findings into actionable initiatives.
• Define and maintain metric governance and create dashboards to track project success and workflow health.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and developing complex queries.
• Experience with BI tools such as Superset or Tableau for report and dashboard development.
• Solid foundation in statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and experimentation.
• Ability to understand causation and correlation within statistical models.
• Experience in Analytics related to Fraud & Safety Operations.
