Description

You will own the analysis, visualization, and interpretation of data sources to solve critical Fraud & Safety Operations challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Expedites delivery of operational metrics, reporting, and experiment readouts.
• Enhances fraud detection efficiency, review processes, and enforcement visibility.
• Defines and maintains metric governance while creating dashboards to track project success and workflow health.
• Collaborates with Operations, Product, and Data Science teams to convert findings into actionable initiatives.
• Provides immediate execution bandwidth for high-priority fraud and abuse operations analytics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and developing complex queries.
• Experience with BI tools such as Superset or Tableau for report and dashboard development.
• Solid foundation in statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and experimentation.
• Ability to understand causation and correlation within statistical models.
• Experience in Analytics related to Fraud & Safety Operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with any Graduate education level in a related field.
