Description

You will lead end-to-end warehouse operations and resource planning within a shared facility environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage warehouse operations for multiple customers, products, and industries.
• Execute resource planning, demand forecasting, and fulfillment within the warehouse setting.
• Develop process improvement initiatives to upgrade business unit performance.
• Identify operational risks and safety gaps to implement proactive workplace solutions.
• Manage, mentor, and coach a large hybrid workforce to meet operational objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in operations management.
• Proven experience as a people manager.
• Expertise in stock management.
• Ability to plan and execute under high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in supply chain.
