Note:
Occasional after-hours work may be required.
Night shift rotation is generally one month every four months.

Role Overview
As a Senior Operations Network Engineer (Level 3), you will act as the highest escalation point for network-related incidents, service requests, and operational issues across customer environments.
You will be responsible for ensuring network stability, performance, security, and availability while driving SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous service improvement.


Key Responsibilities
Act as the senior escalation point for all network-related incidents and service requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex P1 and P2 incidents across cloud, datacentre, and on-premises environments.
Provide advanced support for network infrastructure, connectivity, and security platforms.
Manage network device maintenance, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle activities.
Perform proactive monitoring, alert management, and preventative remediation.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
Support customer onboarding, implementation, and transition-to-operations activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, CMDB records, and Knowledge Base Articles.
Participate in Major Incident Management and after-hours escalation coverage.
Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers and provide technical guidance.
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Senior Network Engineer within an MSP environment.

Mandatory Certifications
ITIL v4 Foundation
Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700)
Cisco CCNA
