You will lead working groups and manage complex, multi-departmental projects to support organizational decision-making through advanced operations research techniques.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex problems by iterating requirements with customers to define scope and objectives.
• Develop analysis and test plans using scientific methods and mathematical modeling to drive insights.
• Design experiments and apply response surface methodologies to solve intricate operational challenges.
• Provide strategic analytical guidance and contribute to proposal development for new engagements.
• Mentor junior analysts in operations research techniques and industry best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the application, education, or development of analytical techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Operations Research, Mathematics, Probability, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Proficiency in database query languages and scripting language programming.
• Experience in model and simulation development.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading teams of analysts in decision support capacities.
• Proficiency with SAS, SPSS, Java, Tableau, R, Python, MS Office, and VBA.
• Prior experience within the DoD or as a Defense Contractor.
