Description

You will own complex IT operations, incident resolution, and automation for production environments in Strasbourg.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, cross-system incidents and conduct problem investigations in production.
• Operate and optimize middleware, integration technologies, API gateways, and identity management platforms.
• Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Bicep, and Ansible to automate operational tasks.
• Lead technical incident bridges and provide stakeholder updates during critical events.
• Perform capacity planning, performance trend analysis, and operational risk assessments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of enterprise IT operations experience, including 3+ years in senior roles.
• Strong proficiency with Linux/Unix systems and container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Podman, and Helm.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL processes: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Event Management.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Git, GitHub, and SonarQube.
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch.
• Scripting and automation skills for operational efficiency.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Ansible Automation Platform.
• Background in messaging, event-streaming, and data transformation technologies.
