Description

You will lead the design, development, and optimization of digital experiences using Optimizely CMS, Content Cloud, and Experimentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Optimizely CMS solutions, including custom widgets, blocks, templates, and dynamic content models.
• Implement multi-site, multi-language, and headless Optimizely deployments.
• Configure Optimizely Web Experimentation (Full Stack) and Feature Flags for A/B/n testing.
• Design personalized user journeys using AI-powered recommendations and integrate with CDPs for audience segmentation.
• Optimize page load speed, caching strategies, and CDN configurations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on Optimizely CMS (Episerver) development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
• Proficiency with Next.js and React.
• Experience with Optimizely Experimentation (Web/Full Stack) and Personalization.
• Knowledge of headless CMS architectures and REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS cloud hosting for Optimizely deployments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, and Tailwind CSS.
• Understanding of SEO, Core Web Vitals, and analytics tools like GA4 and Hotjar.

Preferred Skills

• Optimizely Certified Developer status.
• Experience with Optimizely B2B Commerce (Insite) or Order Management (OMS).
• Knowledge of Edge Delivery/CDN optimizations such as Cloudflare or Akamai.
