Description

You will design, develop, and deploy secure, modular Oracle APEX applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Oracle APEX applications using a security-first mindset.
• Develop complex PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers to manage business logic.
• Optimize database objects including tables, views, indexes, and materialized views.
• Integrate applications with external systems via REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Implement SSO authentication/authorization using Entra ID and OCID.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of enterprise Oracle APEX development experience.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for secure, performant coding.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Database (12c/19c or higher).
• Extensive experience with advanced APEX components like Interactive Grids and dynamic actions.
• Strong expertise in RESTful services, JSON, AJAX, and JavaScript integration.
• Proven experience with SSO integrations, specifically Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• High experience with GitHub, GitOps, and DevOps-driven automation.
• Strong understanding of application security frameworks and encryption.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and ExaCC.
• Experience developing custom APEX plug-ins or using Oracle BI Publisher/Analytics Cloud.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CIPA, FERPA, or HIPAA.
