Description

You will design, develop, and manage API endpoints and web services using Oracle API Gateway. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage API endpoints, defining data formats using JSON and XML.
• Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
• Implement security policies including OAuth 2.0, SAML, encryption, and threat protection against SQL injection and XSS.
• Translate business requirements into technical API designs through collaboration with architects and analysts.
• Manage API Gateway operations and enforce authorization protocols.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in API design and development.
• Expertise with Oracle API Gateway.
• Proficiency in RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Strong knowledge of JSON and XML data formats.
• Experience implementing OAuth 2.0 and SAML authentication.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Understanding of API security, including encryption and threat protection.
