Description

You manage and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite environments and Oracle databases, owning the release pipeline and critical technical decisions for production landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Manage production environments independently to ensure landscape uptime.
• Execute Oracle E-Business Suite installations using RapidWiz, VM templates, and standard methods.
• Perform EBS patching, cloning via Rapid Clone in 12.2.6+ environments, and backup/recovery using shell scripts.
• Implement scalability enhancements, including HA, dual node servers, DB expansion, and archiving.
• Design Oracle license-compliant hosting and Disaster Recovery solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Database Administration.
• Proven experience performing at least three Oracle E-Business Suite upgrades to version 12.2.6+.
• Experience upgrading Oracle databases from 12c to 19c and converting to pluggable databases.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC (Real Application Cluster).
• Proficiency in shell scripting for automation and backup/recovery.
• Experience with Exadata, specifically regarding performance tuning.
• Knowledge of OCI infrastructure and migration.
• Background in software installation and scalability implementation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle EBS scalability enhancements and archiving implementations.
