Description

You will implement and optimize Oracle solutions for Metering, Billing, and CRM modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for Customer-to-Meter implementations.
• Manage enterprise projects through their full lifecycle.
• Design and optimize complex business processes and order management workflows.
• Provide expert consulting on Oracle application functionality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in the Utilities (Electricity) domain.
• 5+ years specifically in Oracle Utilities applications (C2M, CC&B, or CCS).
• Proven track record in end-to-end C2M implementations within Customer & Services domains.
• Strong understanding of CIS operations and customer lifecycle management.
• Experience as a Functional Consultant for C2M/CC&B/CCS.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience optimizing order management workflows within Oracle systems.
