You will provide functional support and technical configuration for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules across North America and EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Support Fusion Cloud ERP modules including General Ledger, Accounting Hub, Reporting, Payables, and Fixed Assets.
- Analyze, design, configure, and test financials enhancements to support business processes.
- Manage end-user requirements and participate in full-lifecycle implementation projects, including configuration and user training.
- Own production support for ERP issues, including late-night and weekend implementation work.
- Design, develop, and improve the Oracle Financials platform.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with client Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Hands-on experience with General Ledger, Assets, Payables, Accounting Hub, and SLA.
- 3+ years of experience using TOAD and SQL.
- Technical understanding of Fusion Cloud ERP concepts and module functionality.
- Ability to describe end-to-end business processes and key integration points.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
Preferred Skills
- Client Financials certification.
- Experience in the finance and accounting industry.
- Knowledge of Property Management.
