Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on configuration setup in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Provide day-to-day techno-functional support to Oracle HCM business partners.
• Analyze and provide subject matter expertise related to application build and system functionality.
• Assess business process strengths, weaknesses, inefficiencies, and risks to determine appropriate system design.
• Develop techno-functional design specifications, gather requirements, and update configuration workbooks.
• Create solutions using Oracle HCM functionalities based on business requirements.
• Resolve user issues and system defects, providing end-user support and sharing best practices.
• Collaborate with Oracle on critical service requests and product enhancement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison with third parties and stakeholders to define, implement, and support system interfaces.
• Work independently with minimal guidance and coach/train less experienced colleagues.
• Identify gaps and analyze downstream impacts of business requirements, recommending improvements.
• Evaluate and recommend system upgrades, software installations, and technology enhancements.
• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
• Stay updated with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to security protocols.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a techno-functional background.
• Proven expertise in Core HR modules and Oracle HCM configurations.
• Hands-on knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) reporting and documentation.
• Experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration frameworks.
• Understanding of REST APIs and interface support for system integrations.
• Ability to analyze business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving system issues and defects.
• Excellent communication skills to support business users and stakeholders.
• Capability to work independently while also mentoring junior team members.
• Awareness of industry standards, compliance requirements, and security protocols.

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field
