Description

You configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with a focus on Core HR, BIP, and OIC integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration and setup in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Develop techno-functional design specifications and update configuration workbooks.
• Build and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs.
• Create and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports and documentation.
• Troubleshoot system defects and provide techno-functional support to business partners.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Core HR.
• Strong techno-functional background in application build and system functionality.
• Hands-on expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) for reporting and documentation.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration frameworks.
• Proficiency in REST APIs and interface support for system integrations.
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving system issues and defects.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with Oracle on critical service requests and product enhancements.
• Ability to work independently and mentor less experienced colleagues.
