Description

You will lead support and enhancement projects for Oracle HCM Cloud, owning L2/L3 support, configuration, integrations, and reporting.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, US Payroll, Absence Management, ORC, OTL, and Benefits.
• Configure enhancements and validate functionality in SIT/UAT environments.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and HDL.
• Create reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
• Manage security profiles and approval workflows (BPM/AOR) while ensuring SLA compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Techno-Functional roles.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll (US), Absence Management, ORC, OTL, and Benefits.
• Proficiency with OIC, HDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
• Strong technical skills in PL/SQL and integration development.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data migration techniques.
• Familiarity with incident management tools like JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Demonstrated functional and technical expertise across HCM, FIN, SCM, and PPM.
