Description

You lead enterprise database management, covering lifecycle management, monitoring, disaster recovery, and compliance. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for database lifecycle management and disaster recovery strategies.
• Deliver third and fourth-level support for complex Oracle database issues.
• Manage database security patching, audits, compliance reviews, and testing.
• Research new Oracle versions and tools to maintain a secure environment.
• Develop technical documentation and coach application support teams on Oracle changes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of expert-level Oracle Database Administration experience.
• Expertise in SQL and scripting languages, including shell and Perl.
• Advanced experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Proficiency in managing Oracle 12c and 19c versions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC).
• Experience with Database Lifecycle Management (DBLM) and Oracle Fleet Management.
• Proven ability to perform manual patching, upgrades, and Release Updates on Data Guard, Multitenant, and standalone databases.
• Experience with RedHat, AIX, AWS, and Azure environments.
