Description

Manage configuration, performance tuning, and administration for mission-critical production databases.

None of the work mode flags (remote, hybrid, on-site) are enabled; no work-mode line is included.

Responsibilities

• Perform short and long-term database operations planning and analysis.
• Execute backup and recovery planning and implementation using RMAN.
• Conduct structured Root Cause Analysis for database issues.
• Collaborate with application development and support teams on IT projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in database administration.
• Significant experience with Oracle RAC v19C or greater.
• Proficiency in Linux and Unix environments.
• Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL scripting and tuning.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle internals.
• Extensive experience in performance tuning.
• Practical knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Experience with Oracle Streams and replication technologies.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to support multiple projects and applications simultaneously.
