Description

Manage configuration, performance tuning, and administration for mission-critical production databases.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute short and long-term database operations planning and analysis.
• Collaborate with application development and support teams on IT projects.
• Perform structured root cause analysis and implement backup and recovery via RMAN.
• Design and secure databases to maintain large volumes of critical business information.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in database administration.
• Extensive experience with Oracle RAC v19C or greater.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL scripting and tuning.
• Significant experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle internals and performance tuning.
• Practical experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager.
• Experience with Oracle Streams and replication technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or three years of software applications experience in database design, testing, and coding.
