Description

Manage and secure large-scale Oracle database environments, with a focus on Exadata platforms and high availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Database Security measures, including TDE and Oracle Key Vault.
• Lead root cause analysis on complex technical issues and optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
• Manage database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, and procedures.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in Oracle Database Administration and Security Administration.
• Expertise in Oracle Database Administration on the Exadata platform.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC).
• Experience with GoldenGate.
• Knowledge of Transparent Data Encryption (TDE).
• Experience with DB/SQL performance tuning.
• Knowledge of ZFS filesystem.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with ZDLRA Appliance for backups.
• Understanding of geospatial concepts and GIS software.
