Description

You will manage the full software development life cycle for web-deployed applications using C# and Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full software development life cycle using MVC architecture and .NET.
• Develop and maintain Oracle database objects including tables, indexes, constraints, triggers, views, stored procedures, and packages.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot application report issues, rules, and calculations using Crystal Reports.
• Mentor other programmers on debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications.
• Manage source code via SVN or TFS and handle production incidents through the IT Service Management System.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle database design, PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, and triggers.
• 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio developing C# and ASP.NET applications for n-tier web deployment.
• 7+ years of experience with HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• 7+ years of experience with SOA integration, including WCF, SOAP/RESTful APIs, and message queue processing.
• 7+ years of experience analyzing business requirements to build application logic.
• 4+ years of experience developing applications with MVC 5 or later.
• 3+ years of experience following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing CI/CD workflows.
• 2+ years of experience coding and maintaining applications containing HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and implementing microservices.
• Proficiency with Angular and XML.
