You will design, develop, and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions based on business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with teams to gather and translate requirements for Oracle HCM enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues within Oracle applications and EPBCS.
• Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and system maintenance for Oracle applications.
• Develop technical documentation and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle development with strong Oracle EPBCS expertise.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Oracle EPBCS.
• Strong skills in Performance Tuning.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and optimize system performance.
• Experience working within cross-functional team environments.
• Education: Any Graduate.
