Description

You will design, develop, and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions and HCM enhancements while handling performance tuning and system maintenance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements for Oracle HCM enhancements.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues within Oracle applications and EPBCS environments.
• Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and system maintenance for Oracle applications.
• Develop technical documentation and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle development.
• Strong expertise in Oracle EPBCS.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Oracle EPBCS technologies.
• Strong skills in performance tuning and optimization.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience working within cross-functional team environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
