Description

 

  • 10+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience with deep expertise in Planning/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS (Account Reconciliation), budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, data integrations, and enterprise Oracle EPM architecture in complex environments.
  • Strong technical leader with excellent executive presence who can own the Oracle EPM platform roadmap, lead implementations and third-party partners, remain hands-on with configuration and support, and confidently present project updates and strategy to Finance and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall Oracle EPM architecture, technical roadmap, governance, and solution design.
  • Lead Oracle Planning / EPBCS initiatives supporting budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, capital planning, revenue planning, operating expense planning, and long-range planning.
  • Design and enhance driver-based planning models, rolling forecasts, scenario modeling, and financial planning frameworks.
  • Partner with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Controllership, and business leaders to translate financial requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Design and maintain metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, business rules, calculation scripts, security models, and application architecture.
  • Build and support integrations between Oracle EPM and Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and support Data Integration, FDMEE, REST APIs, and EPM Automate processes.
  • Provide advanced production support during financial close and forecasting cycles.
  • Establish development standards, governance, documentation, and change management best practices.
  • Lead third-party implementation partners while mentoring internal technical resources.
  • Present project updates, solution designs, scope, and roadmap to Finance leadership and executive stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years implementing, architecting, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions within large enterprise environments.
  • Expert-level experience with Oracle Planning / EPBCS (Planning Cloud).
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Oracle Planning / EPBCS
    • FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service)
    • ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service)
    • Essbase
    • Data Integration
    • FDMEE
    • REST APIs
    • EPM Automate
  • Experience supporting:
    • Annual budgeting
    • Rolling forecasts
    • Driver-based planning
    • Long-range planning
    • Workforce planning
    • Capital planning
    • Revenue and expense planning
    • Financial modeling
  • Strong understanding of FP&A, financial statements, consolidation, planning, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud, NetSuite, or PeopleSoft.
  • Experience working within SOX-controlled or highly regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact directly with executive Finance leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar advanced credential.
  • Experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency organizations.
  • Experience leading enterprise financial planning transformation initiatives
