Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management (EPCM) solutions to address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions using Oracle EPM PCM.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and risk mitigation.
• Integrate Oracle EPCM solutions with existing systems and automate key business processes.
• Develop reporting mechanisms to provide business insights and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead and mentor junior team members to facilitate knowledge transfer and skill development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle EPM PCM, covering solution design and development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Deep understanding of integration, automation, and reporting within EPM systems.
• Experience with Oracle Hyperion and Oracle Essbase.
• Proven ability to manage project delivery and work independently on technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM solutions and Oracle Financial Management (OFM).
• Knowledge of financial modeling and cost allocation methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile and other project management methodologies.
