Description

You will own the design, development, and integration of Oracle EBS applications, focusing on complex business processes and system enhancements. You will resolve high-impact problems by evaluating business workflows and ensuring application design aligns with architectural standards. You will serve as a technical advisor to mid-level developers, allocating work and coaching the team on coding, testing, and debugging standards. You will integrate Oracle ERP modules with external systems using SOAP and RESTful web services. Additionally, you will explore and implement Gen-AI solutions, including LLM integration and vector search, to drive innovation within the ERP landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) for Oracle EBS.
• Implement and customize Oracle Workflows, XML Publisher, and OAF pages.
• Build and maintain integrations using SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Integrate Gen-AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) into production applications using frameworks like LangChain.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on best practices and risk assessment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS applications development.
• Expert-level PL/SQL programming and Oracle Workflows configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Forms, OAF, and XML Publisher.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting for automation and system interactions.
• Strong understanding of SOAP and RESTful web services integration.
• Experience with Oracle General Ledger or other core ERP modules.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.9 Purchasing, Payables, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting.
• Knowledge of Gen-AI concepts: LLMs, prompt engineering, vector search, and retrieval mechanisms.
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle) and MLflow.
