Description

You will lead Oracle Financials implementations and functional design processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform requirement gathering and gap analysis to align business needs with Oracle capabilities.
• Manage sub-ledger integration and IR-ISO flow processes.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure technical specifications meet functional requirements.
• Execute system testing and deliver end-user training.
• Facilitate communication within a dual shore delivery model.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Financials.
• Deep knowledge of Inter-company Accounting.
• Expertise in Sub-Ledger Integration and IR-ISO flow.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering and gap analysis.
• Experience coordinating tasks across dual shore teams.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with functional design processes.
• Ability to lead implementation projects.
