Description

You will own the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Order Management applications. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional requirements gathering, documentation, and scope definition with non-technical business users.
• Design and configure Oracle Cloud solutions, creating extensions when core configurations do not meet business needs.
• Translate business objectives into technical action items, use cases, functional designs, and activity diagrams.
• Perform application gap analysis and verify the feasibility of business rules against existing technical systems and data structures.
• Collaborate with development and production support teams to provide technical clarification and ensure project timelines are met.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle ERP Application functionality, specifically Order Management, Inventory Management, Oracle Pricing, and Oracle Trading Partner Architecture.
• Proven experience completing 2-3 full lifecycle implementations for Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Trading Partner modules.
• Strong proficiency with SQL-based queries and data schema analysis.
• Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Ability to create scope documents, functional designs, and business process mapping diagrams without direct supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Access.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• Experience working independently on complex functional designs.
