Description

>> Lead Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

>> Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.

>> Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on organizational requirements.

>> Prepare functional design documents and process workflows.

>> Support system testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

>> Configure and support Core HR, Workforce Structures, Enterprise Structures, Workforce Lifecycle Management, Position Management, and Employment Profiles.

>> Configure and support Talent Management including Career Development, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Goal Management, and Performance Management.

>> Implement Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and support candidate lifecycle management.

>> Configure workforce scheduling and labor management processes.

>> Support Compensation & Benefits including Compensation Planning, Bonus Programs, Benefits Administration, and Incentive Programs.

>> Collaborate with Payroll teams for seamless integration and support Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll Interfaces, and Overtime Calculations.

>> Develop and maintain OTBI Reports, BI Publisher Reports, Workforce Dashboards, and HR KPI Reports

. Requirements: 

>> 10-15+ years of Oracle technical consulting experience >> 5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud technical expertise

>> Strong hands-on experience in OIC, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle PaaS technologies
