Description

Own end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, from requirement gathering to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes, perform gap analysis, and translate requirements into functional specifications (BRD, MD50).
• Lead end-to-end configuration of HCM modules, including enterprise structures, legal entities, and complex workflow routing for ESS/MSS.
• Oversee data migration using HDL/Spreadsheet Loader and coordinate with technical teams on OIC integrations and BI Publisher/OTBI reports.
• Develop test plans for SIT and UAT, manage regression testing for quarterly Oracle updates, and provide expert-level production support.
• Conduct training for HR administrators and end-users while mentoring junior consultants.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of Core HR/Global HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits Administration.
• Strong expertise in Hire-to-Retire processes, security roles, data roles, and approval workflows.
• Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas for reporting and customization.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Ability to manage stakeholder communication and work in Agile or Waterfall models.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification and hands-on experience with Oracle Redwood UX concepts.
• Exposure to multi-country rollouts, Global HR, or India statutory compliance requirements.
