Description

You will design and implement the Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, focusing on Core HR, Workforce Structures, and Security models.

You will drive Redwood UX adoption for modern employee experiences and define integration strategies using REST, SOAP, and Workforce APIs. You will align data flow architecture with reporting ecosystems including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Snowflake.

• Design and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Global HR, Workforce Structures, and Approval Workflows.
• Implement security models covering Roles, Areas of Responsibility, and Data Security aligned with Redwood standards.
• Define integration designs for downstream systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Establish configuration versus customization strategies adhering to Oracle best practices.
• Align data flow and reporting ecosystems with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Snowflake.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM SaaS, specifically Global Human Resources Cloud.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR, Workforce Structures (Jobs, Positions), and Journey Checklists.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Security Models, including Roles, Areas of Responsibility, and Data Security.
• Proficiency in Redwood UX design principles and UI transformation.
• Experience with integration design using REST, SOAP, and Workforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and data flow architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake integration contexts within the Oracle HCM ecosystem.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale HCM cloud deployments.
