Description

Lead Oracle HCM Cloud functional design, implementation, and delivery for talent management and core HR modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Drive functional workshops and lead project discussions with onsite business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure delivery remains on schedule and meets quality standards.
• Write functional specifications, finalize conversion templates, and perform unit and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze gaps between Oracle product capabilities and client requirements to propose viable solutions.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Talent Management modules, including Goals, Talent Review, and Succession Planning.
• Functional understanding of Talent Acquisition and its linkage to Core HR and Compensation.
• Ability to drive business discussions and lead projects from the onsite location.
• Strong knowledge of gap analysis between Oracle Product features and client requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
